Today

Wow has it been raining today!It rain most of the day and part of the night last night. That's good, we needed it desperatly. the ground was so dry and things looked very thirsty. Temps have been much cooler today,; it's been real nice! We didn't have to go to the lake and swim just to cool off today! I also love to camp. It's getting closer to time to go camping, build a fire, and just sit around and enjoy everyone's company. I can't wait. We'll talk about that a little later on.

Well it sure has been warm around here lately. I was wondering how my shrubs and trees were going to do in this heat. I am very pleased thus far. I planted a bunch of crape myrtles this spring and they are very well. They are blooming out also which makes everything around here pretty. If you are wanting to spice up your yard or driveway i recomend planting crepe myrtles.

Back from the beach

Well i'm ready to go back already. I miss the waves pushing me ashore onto the white sandy beach. What i don't miss is the jellyfish. They were riding the tide and stinging the fire out of me. I caught 2 ghost crabs on the beach, one at night and one in the morning. They are cool creatures to look at, and fast too. Did you know that them little jewels can go up to 10 mph!

today

Well today i'm puting more shells into my hermit crab cage. Last week i went on vacation and got a couple with the children. Well now they each have 1 and i have 3. They are fun if your not afraid of their claws. They need plenty of empty shells though so they can change their homes. I stuck a couple of the shells in there from the beach that i found while i was there. Pensacola was a pretty neat beach. well i'll write more soon. see ya.
